Anatomy
Head (+4): +50% damage to headshots. Artery (Secret: DC) (+4): Has 6 HP. If destroyed, target has DoT (6, until healed) Opening (Secret: DC) (+0): Attacks against this have +2 to hit. Shatterpoint (Secret: DC) (+0): Attacks against this have +2 to crit, and critical hits Daze (1 round). Vitals (Secret: DC) (+2): Can be grappled, damaging or grappling this Dazes (1 round or while grappled) them. Inflicts Setback (2, duration of Daze) instead if the attack already Dazes. Arms (2) (+2): Required to use items, grapple, and perform actions. Has disadvantage to grapple for 1 round if hit, or forces immediate grapple check against attack roll to maintain it if one is active.
Traits
Detail: When creating a Relic, assign them two options from Detail.
Grievous Wounds: This creature inflicts Grievous Wounds with certain attacks. This is a unique condition; when it reaches three stacks, it resets and the target takes 2*Level true damage. Lasts until a short rest.
Supporting Traits of the Wilds: The Relic may have a wide variety of traits depending on its chosen abilities. The most common ones are listed here if necessary.
Actions
Melee: Major action - Melee weapon attack, 5 ft. range, single-target, 6 damage, Encore (1st). Thrash: Major action - Melee weapon attack, 5 ft. range, single-target, targets lower of AC or Reflex, 1 damage, multiattack (3), Encore (2nd). Clap: Major action - Melee weapon attack, 15 ft. radius, all targets, targets lower of Fortitude or Will, 6 damage, deals half damage on miss, Encore (2nd). Undertrace: Special - When the Relic Defends, it heal itself for 1 HP and prepare to Trace a target depending on the rule used. At the start of its next turn, if a target fits the criteria given in the rule, it can be Traced as a free action; the next attack made against the Traced target has +100% damage and inflicts 1 stack of Grievous Wounds.
Proximity Search: One target within 10 feet of the Relic may be Traced.
Static Search: One target that has remained in the same location since Defend was used may be Traced.
Motile Search: One target that has moved since Defend was used may be Traced.
Sweeping Search: One target beyond 10 feet of the Relic may be Traced. Detail: Special - When generating a Relic, pick two options from the list. Legend: Special - The numbers on the providence lists correspond as such: X1 = 1 X2 = 3 X3 = 6 -2 mods = 1 damage -1 mod = 3 damage base = 6 damage +1 mod = 9 damage +2 mods = 12 damage
